2 Corinthians 4:7-8

1. Preaching isn’t taxing physically, but is burdensome mentally and emotionally.
2. Angels couldn’t preach; God wanted men to preach.

A. An opportunity for good (Gal. 6:10)
B. Available by location (Jam. 4:17)
C. Asked for help

III. The Prospect of the Gift (vv. 4-5).

IV. The Power of God (vv. 6-8).

V. The People Who Gathered (vv. 9-11).

VI. The Preaching that Grieved (3:12-4:2).

What Do We Learn?
1. We shouldn’t wonder at God’s work (v. 12).
2. God’s plan is very familiar to us (v. 13).
3. God turns ordinary to unique and special (v. 16).
4. We must act (vv. 19-20).
Start with what you know – trust & obey

Conclusion:
1. God wants us to get out of sin.
2. Preaching turns hearts to God and souls to salvation.
