Starting out... (2)

Okay, a year has passed since my original post. The initial blog idea didn't go so well, and I think a little explanation is in order. Right after publishing the original post, my wife and I decided to leave our eight year work in Alabama. We have since moved to the Swartz Creek Church of Christ in Michigan. We lived 1.5 hours from the Gulf; now we live an hour from Canada. Add to that, we are expecting a baby, a girl, to be born first part of next week. Truly much has happened in the last year. Sorry for the long silence and delay. Now onto the blog...
